RETURNS

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a refund within 7 days of receiving your item. This excludes all earrings, as we cannot accept returns for hygiene reasons. Please ensure you choose carefully.

If 7 days have passed and you are still unsatisfied, we can offer an exchange for another item of equal value. See Exchanges below for more details.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns, so we recommend using a tracked shipping method. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund within 48 hours.

EXCHANGES

To exchange an item, follow the return steps above and place a new order for the item you’d like instead.

To start a return or exchange, please email info.elanjewellery@gmail.com with your request. We will provide instructions and an exchange/returns form. Once completed, please allow up to 5 business days for processing, plus an estimated 3-7 business days for delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, but we will cover the cost of sending your replacement item.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES PROCESS

For orders within Australia, Elan Jewellery accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt for change of mind. If an item is faulty, it can be returned at any time.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Email info.elanjewellery@gmail.com to request an exchange or refund form.
  2. Pack your item securely in its original box and packaging.
  3. Send your parcel to the return address provided in the email.

For international orders, if your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us at info.elanjewellery@gmail.com, and we will advise you on the return process.

We recommend keeping a tracking number to ensure your return arrives safely.

WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING?

  • Change of Mind Returns/Exchanges: Customers must cover return shipping costs. However, Elan Jewellery will cover the cost of sending your replacement.
  • Faulty Items: Customers initially cover return shipping costs, but once we receive and assess the item, we will refund the shipping fee. Please provide a receipt for your shipping cost.

HOW LONG DOES A REFUND TAKE?

Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. The refund will be issued back to your original payment method, and the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank.
