All orders are processed and dispatched from Gold Coast, Australia, unless they are pre-order items. Pre-orders may take up to two weeks (including dispatch and delivery).

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days before being handed over to our shipping partners. Please note that external factors such as customs clearance and courier delays may impact shipping times, which are beyond our control.

For the most reliable and timely delivery, we recommend selecting Express Shipping. While all shipping services remain available, international and domestic delays may still occur.

International Duties & Taxes

For international orders, any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid), meaning these costs are not included in your purchase and must be settled upon arrival. For estimated charges, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Pre-Orders

Some of our pre-order items are not stocked locally and will be shipped directly from our suppliers to you. These items typically take up to two weeks for delivery.

The estimated "dispatch by" date is a guideline and may be subject to change. Items may be shipped earlier or later than expected, depending on supplier availability.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped once all items are available. To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
