4. Returns & Exchanges

• We offer refunds for eligible items returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
• Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
• Exchanges are available within 30 days, provided the new item is of equal or lesser value.
